We are constantly striving and continuously achieving in our work place and with our family & friends – We always have the next GOAL in mind. When does it come time to stop & actually recognise that we don’t need to always be better? When do we realise that we are perfect exactly as we are? …That we are exactly where we need to be on our own personal journeys.
We are perfect… right now. We are ENOUGH.

    Beautiful language opens a creative piece of the brain. Reading changes your whole perspective on life. Turn off the TV, put down the computer and pull out a book.
  2. Take care of YOUR body.
    Buy organic, drink fresh juice, put the alcohol down, and eat your veggies. Honor your body – and your emotional well being will thank you.
  3. Forgive YOURSELF, Forgive Others.
    Forgive, Forgive, Forgive. Bitterness and hatred only reflect back to you. Let it go; forgive others and forgive you.
